PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. —
A City of Plattsburgh police officer has been suspended for five days after he was formally disciplined for text messages disparaging his supervisors within the department.
NBC5 obtained a copy of a Notice of Discipline regarding Patrolman Kristopher Minogue, which was filed by a superior officer regarding conduct dating back to October 2023.
