LANSING — Two police unions filed a lawsuit this year to block anger management counseling for a Lansing police sergeant following “at least two” on-duty incidents
However, two weeks after the Capitol City Labor Program and the Lansing Police Supervisory Unit filed their lawsuit against the city of Lansing on behalf of Sgt. Darren Dykens, they agreed to dismiss the case without prejudice, meaning it can be brought back at a later date.
