FORT PIERCE, Fla. —
Fort Pierce city leaders and the city’s police union reached a deal on a new contract Monday afternoon.
The main sticking point was money. In the end, the two sides agreed to an across the board raise of 9% with additional raises depending on seniority.
The agreement will now head to the union membership for a vote.
