COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — A Columbus police officer has been dismissed from his position following accusations of improperly downloading records.
Officer Spencer Badger, who has served on the force for nearly 14 years, was officially terminated after department investigators found he downloaded body camera footage without adhering to the proper public records process.
